With years of experience as an HR professional and after working for various coaching and training organizations, Johan van Bavel founded Intention almost 20 years ago.
His main drive: to contribute to a more beautiful world. A world where we listen with attention, where there is connection and equality, so that we grow together.
To this day, this is still an important core from which Intention works.
The company has since grown into today’s Center for Leadership and Coaching with a team of trainers and an international network of certified coaches.
Intention is ICF Level 2 accredited, affiliated with NOBCO, NRTO and ACTO.
