What can you do after the Co-Creation training?

Creating safe and professional coaching relationships

You learn how to build a relationship in which trust, equality and safety are central. You develop the sensitivity and awareness to be present with the other person and what is going on. This forms the basis for real change.

Through questions you learn how to support someone to stand still, find clarity and see new possibilities. Not by giving the answer or a fixed list of questions, but by asking exactly what invites reflection and movement.

Learn how to guide others in strengthening their relationships; in teams, with colleagues, with themselves or in collaboration. You will increase awareness of underlying patterns and create space for more connection and trust.

You will learn support to examine ingrained beliefs and blind spots. This creates space for new perspectives and more conscious choices, essential for growth, collaboration and leadership.

You develop the art of real listening. Not only to words, but also to what is not being said. You increase your presence and learn to pick up on signals at different levels, including content, feeling, nonverbal and intent.

Learn how to get individuals and teams to take action in a way that rings true and sticks. From ownership, motivation and commitment. Not by pushing, but by facilitating what is already potentially present.

Plus, you meet the required training hours for ICF certification!

If you as a student choose certification, you will take a written and an oral exam – after a mentor coaching program. Both exams are subject to a one-time retake if applicable.

This coach training is for (future) coaches who want to start their own business or work as a coach within an organization. Executives and managers strengthen their leadership with coaching skills that help increase ownership, cooperation and development within teams. You learn to coach on behavior, beliefs and identity – with impact.

In particular, do you want to learn an initial foundation of transformational coaching or see if the coaching profession suits you? Then take a look at the 3-day coach training course Coaching Essentials.

You will develop a solid foundation in professional coaching for sustainable behavior in 9 months.

After this course, you will be able to:

Develop yourself as a coach and a human being

Coaching is not just a skill; it is a way of being. It requires authenticity, empathy, 100% presence and a strong awareness of ethics, your own (pre-)judgments, emotions and behavior. As a coach, you need to create a safe and supportive environment in which your coachees can express themselves, reflect and grow.

You will become more self-aware, professional and effective as a leader, coach and human being based on these 3 pillars.

1. Competence

You coach and are coached during this training. So you will not only learn the skills, but also develop self-insight and your own coaching style. You will practice with a coaching mindset, ethics and the ICF competencies, so that you can coach others effectively and sincerely.

Coaching extends beyond 1-on-1 conversations. You learn to use coaching as a leadership and communication style. This strengthens ownership, cooperation and trust in teams, projects and organizations. You become more flexible, effective and meaningful in your role as a coach or leader.

A team is more than the sum of individuals. You learn to look at the mutual dynamics and (invisible) patterns. From this systems thinking you guide teams in growth, cooperation and change with an eye for the whole and the undercurrent.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose a good coach training program?

A good coach training program matches your development goals, fits your learning style and is taught by experienced and certified professionals. Also look for accreditations, quality of coaching, experiential learning, reviews and whether personal development is part of the program.

Co-Creation is one of the few training programs in the Netherlands accredited at ACTP/Level 2 level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The training is also recognized by the NRTO. These accreditations stand for high quality and professional standards in coaching.

You will be trained as a transformational coach and according to the ICF Core Competencies. This teaches you how to support sustainable behavioral change. You do not work with one fixed method, but learn to use different techniques (such as NLP, mindfulness, cognitive and body-oriented coaching) depending on the situation. The person and the moment are central.

Upon completion, you will receive a “diploma of completion. This gives you the required training hours for PCC certification with ICF. If you want to become officially PCC certified, you can then follow a mentor track (€2,500).

Yes. Coaching begins with self-knowledge. You work on personal learning goals from the start and reflect on your attitudes, behaviors and beliefs. This is how you get to know yourself better and can truly be there for another.

After each module you will receive 2x 2 hours of supervision. You work in small groups (triads) in which you coach, are coached and observe. A certified supervisor guides this process and gives you targeted feedback on your coaching.

With your group, you organize a day of training/coaching for a nonprofit organization. Together you develop a program from A to Z and put your knowledge and skills into practice. A valuable learning process and contribution to a good cause.

You will stay at Landgoed De Hoevens in Alphen (NB), a quiet, rural place with all modern comforts. The ‘Flemish Barn’ is available exclusively for the training. You stay overnight on location (private or shared room). Cooking yourself contributes to connection and group feeling.

No, but it is highly recommended. The evening program (mandatory) is part of the learning process and hours required for your training. In addition, staying together enhances the group dynamic.

You will learn to coach professionally and develop yourself as a person and leader. You will build self-confidence, learn to perceive sharply, deepen conversations and guide meaningfully. You can start working independently or use your coaching skills in your current work.

You develop a coaching leadership style that encourages ownership, commitment and growth in your team. You learn to listen better, ask questions and provide constructive guidance. This not only results in better conversations, but also more connection and results.
